As we begin our march towards great things in the fall, our training will work toward developing strength of body and mind. The next two weeks will begin to lay the foundation for success in the coming cross country season. Please make the commitment to attending practice so you can build upon a strong base and realize your full potential.
For summer, plan on training Mondays, Tuesdays (doubles), Thursdays (doubles), Fridays, and Saturdays.
