We have a busy schedule this week with the dual meet on Thursday and OC Champs on Saturday. Due to the limited number of entries allowed each school for OC Champs, you'll see on the training plan that some of you will be racing the dual meet on Thursday and others will be racing at OC Champs on Saturday.
