Please see the link below for the next two weeks of training. As we discussed previously, we'd like you to download "Map My Run" or "Run Keeper" to your phone so you can record your independent runs. Over the next two weeks, there will be a number of independent workouts. Please do your best to get these done and reported to Coach Eisele and me. You are laying the foundation for your track season, and missing workouts will likely lead to injury or slower times once the season starts. For those that will be out of town, do your best to replicate these workouts either outside or on a treadmill.
