Training Plan 1/4-10

Athletes,

Please follow the link below for next week's training plan.

Also, Coach Proodian will be running time trials this week. I'd like our group to run the TT on Wednesday, as indicated in the schedule. Please bring your XC racing flats for the TT (no spikes yet).

It looks like there will be quite a bit of rain this week, so you may want to pack a  towel to dry off with before riding home after practice.
