Trainin Plan 2/29-3/6 & HB Practice Meet

Athletes,

Please follow the link below for this week's training plan. Please note that we'll be having a practice meet on Wednesday at 2:45. We'll discuss which races you'll be running, but for those planning on running the 1600, the F/S race will start at 2:45. Please bring warm-ups, extra snacks, and water.
